取代成
<table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" style="margin: 0 10%;" width="80%">

但還是闊面如下：

又如何加“發表主題” ？

建議您:
1. 檢視檔案修改是否有誤;
修改, 存檔後, 是否有清除論壇快取;
或者, 將這兩個檔案壓縮後, 貼出下載連結.

2. 暫時將原始英文圖檔複製到中文資料夾 (自行增加 /zh_cmn_hant/) 底下使用.

到
styles/RedSilver3/imageset/zh_cmn_hant/*.*
