APACHE無法啟動

請問各位大大們:
在第一次裝完apache可以啟動，但第二天要啟動時卻出現
Apache cannot be runned:another web server use the web port
是那邊衝到了呢?

我的作業系統是Win 2000
EasyPHP 1.8
apache 1.3.33 - php 4.3.10 - mysql 4.1.9 - phpmyadmin 2.6.1
