PHPBB3 SERVER 效能問題

各位前輩好,

小弟最近想做一個討論區,使用PHPBB3,但效能非常慢,
使用LINEX 指令 AB 只有 (Requests per second: 21.16 [#/sec] (mean))
請問是我自己SETTING 問題?定還是正常的?

麻煩各位可以指教下小弟.

SERVER設置如下 :
HP ProLiant DL360 G4 SERVER
2 個 XEON 3G 1MB CPU
4 GB RAM
4個 146GB 15K HD 行 RAID 1 + 0
CENTOS 5 LINUX (64 BIT)

行APACHE 加 SQL SERVER

指令結果:
