狀況描述：
剛把EasyMod上傳至正確位置
開始安裝時出現了這個問題
No server read access. Check your permission settings. Read access from a local file not implemented in this version.

Sucessfully opened [lang_easymod_chinese_traditional_taiwan.php] for reading, but did not find the expected string.
Found this instead: [<?php ]
小弟是個準新手
安裝外掛失敗過好幾次
論壇也掛掉好幾次(泣)
論壇頂端還出現了以下文字(安裝時)

不知道是語言出問題還是安裝出問題

建議您:
1. 修正 '使用版本：phpBB 2.0.2'
2. 若論壇語系採 utf-8, 則外掛相關的 (語言) 檔案, 必須轉 utf-8 碼 (未含BOM).
