今天發現另一個程式也會攔port 80: Skype
把skype設定-連線-"使用80/443作為外來連線替代"的勾選取消後就好了(Skype必須關掉重開)
對於不知誰佔掉port80的人，可以用netstat -ab 看是哪個傢伙佔用的
