我在mandrake9.1建立phpbb2
在xp也是亂碼\r
於是看呢先進文章,修改 /etc/httpd/conf
vi commonhttpd.conf
revise the AddDefaultCharset ISO-8859-1
將ISO-8859-1改成Big5
/etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd restart >>>>>>ok
